The firm was founded by Shri D. R. Dashpute in the early ‘80s. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and is a practitioner in Direct Tax and Indirect Taxes. He started his venture of Accounting and Tax Consultancy and was a Pioneer in this field in Pune. He brings in his wide experience of handling all types of scenarios for the clients.

Young and intelligent, CA Abhishek Dashpute is currently heading Dashpute and Associates and carrying on his father's legacy. In addition to finishing his nearly ten-year trip. He gained experience in the consulting field from the beginning of his career before he was even qualified as a CA,. He is in charge of the Audit and Assurance section. His goal is to transform this company into a "Multi-Dimensional Firm" with a diverse pool of partners covering several departments. He always believe in "mind-set," which translates to something like "You can change this world the way you want if you change your mindset."
